These Terms of Service govern your use of activeapps.io (the “Site”), operated by Tech Rider and Success LTD (company no. 517177663), doing business as “ActiveApps” (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Legal Entity and Brand
The company’s legal name is Tech Rider and Success LTD. “ActiveApps” is a brand name only and is not a separate legal entity. All services, agreements, invoices, and obligations offered under the ActiveApps brand are provided and entered into by Tech Rider and Success LTD. Any reference to “ActiveApps” on this Site means Tech Rider and Success LTD.
Our Services
Tech Rider and Success LTD, through its ActiveApps brand, provides consulting and professional services in business-systems architecture: revenue systems, data and reporting foundations, integration and operating models, and AI enablement. Content on this Site is general information about our practice and does not constitute a binding offer.
Consulting engagements are governed by a separate written agreement between Tech Rider and Success LTD and the client. If there is any conflict between this Site and an engagement agreement, the engagement agreement prevails.

Nothing on this Site constitutes legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. Decisions you make based on Site content are your own responsibility.
Intellectual Property
All rights reserved to Tech Rider and Success LTD. Ownership of work created in client engagements is defined in the applicable engagement agreement.

Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, and other product names mentioned on this Site are trademarks of their respective owners. Tech Rider and Success LTD (ActiveApps) is an independent consultancy and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to disrupt its operation, gaining unauthorized access to related systems, scraping content at scale, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.
